Whether developing something new, strengthening existing efforts, or bringing people together around a shared purpose, we offer creative and practical support that draws on our experience in community organizing, nonprofit leadership, and collaborative planning. Our approach centers relationships, collective knowledge, and the possibilities that emerge when people have space to imagine and build together.

Equity, Inclusion & Organizational Learning
We believe that building organizations rooted in justice requires ongoing learning, honest reflection, and a willingness to ask difficult questions. Drawing on the traditions of Black freedom movements and Southern organizing, we offer trainings, workshops, and facilitated conversations that help teams better understand how power shapes their work, strengthen relationships across difference, and put their commitments to equity and inclusion into practice.

Who We Work Alongside
Our people are the organizers, nonprofit leaders, community builders, and funders who are trying to make their organizations and communities better places to be. They are people who care deeply about their work, who are willing to ask hard questions, and who understand that building something meaningful takes time, relationships, and a willingness to learn along the way.
We work with people at different stages of that process. Some are just getting started with an idea, while others have spent years building organizations and are thinking about what comes next. We especially enjoy working with people who are rooted in their communities and committed to making their work sustainable for themselves and the people around them.
