Equity, Inclusion & Organizational Learning

We support organizations that want to deepen their understanding of equity and inclusion and think more intentionally about how those commitments show up in their everyday work.
 

Our approach draws from Black freedom movements, queer and trans organizing, and years of experience working with organizations navigating questions of power, identity, access, and institutional change. We create opportunities for people to learn together, have conversations that may be difficult, and consider how their organizational practices affect the people they work with and serve.
 

We recognize that organizations come to this work with different histories, experiences, and levels of understanding. We meet people where they are while helping them think through what meaningful change might look like in their own context.
