Ominira Project

Colleen Sullivan
Colleen Sullivan (she/her) is a strategist, facilitator, and co-founder of the Ominira Project. She supports individuals and organizations in building ways of working that are liberating, life-affirming, and rooted in care. Colleen brings a steady curiosity to every space, helping people clarify vision and realign their practices with what matters most.
For over a decade, Colleen has led leadership programs, developed initiatives advancing sustainability and equity, and supported teams navigating growth, transition, and change. Her work spans grantmaking, retreat facilitation, and cohort-based learning, designing processes that invite reflection, accountability, and long-term transformation.
Before launching Ominira, she worked across nonprofit management and philanthropic strategy, supporting grassroots partnerships and guiding organizations through cultural shifts toward more just and relational ways of working. She is known for pulling apart the knots, sitting with complexity long enough to understand it, and helping teams find a path forward that feels both clear and grounded.
At Ominira, Colleen partners with teams committed to justice who are ready to carry that commitment into their internal structures, team dynamics, and organizational culture. She supports visioning, strategic planning, and organizational change processes, helping groups move through challenge with clarity, connection, and care.
Colleen believes transformation is not rushed. It is built through steady, relational work over time. She is committed to tending processes with intention, making space for pause and honesty, and supporting people in moving in ways that are aligned, sustainable, and true. As a partner, parent, and co-founder building this work alongside her spouse, she brings a deep sensitivity to how care, responsibility, and growth unfold over time.
